Monthly Contracts


handshakeWith a monthly contract, Advanced Data becomes the traditional helpdesk and IT staff for your company. We will provide support, repairs and consulting on all computer, network, internet and phone system equipment.

Support contracts include a ticket management system for monitoring and tracking all service tickets and the capability to view all invoices. All resolutions are recorded and searchable in a provided knowledge base. Invoices are sent out regularly with a detailed report of all service performed.

altContract customers can use their hours however they please, but we recommend allocating a few hours each month for project and business planning. Often a bit of strategic thinking will save our customers on help desk hours.
