In many cases, we can resolve the problem with one call and never have to send someone onsite.  This reduces your cost and minimizes effects on productivity. 

In the event we do need to send a certified technician onsite, our central location allows us to be at most locations in 30 minutes or less. After one emergency visit by our technicians, clients quickly become interested in Advanced Data.

Our online Portal System allows customers to access their account 24 hours a day to view the latest status on all their support requests, view and print invoices and submit new support requests.
