May 2009 Class on IP Convergence

Advanced Data hosted a successful Lunch and Learn Technology Class where we discussed convergence to the IP network, cloud computing and server virtualization. 

The turn-out and interest from the business community was very strong as we discussed current and future technology trends.  Everyone was treated to a 12 Bones Smokehouse barbeque afterwards so if the geek talk wasn't satisfying enough the lunch was!

Cracker Barrel restaurants wired

Advanced Data and Network Solutions was selected to wire both the Asheville and Greensboro Cracker Barrels that opened this summer. Over time Cracker Barrel's network has become a critical part of delivering delicious food to its customers, and Advanced Data was honored to be a part of their success.
 
North Asheville Library Wired
4 Feb 2005

Advanced Data and Network Solutions was awarded the voice and data cabling contract for the new North Asheville Library. The 7800 sq. ft. facility needed 60 jacks for their data and voice network. Advanced Data completed the job over a 3 day period, working in partnership with various other contractors on the project. The nature of the project required the cabling to be highly reliable and Advanced Data certified each drop and provided detailed reports for all of their work.
 
H&R Block opens new regional office
10 January 2005

H&R Block selected Advanced Data to assist them in opening a new Asheville regional corporate office and several new branch offices in the area. Advanced Data setup and programmed new phone systems as well as installed voice and data wiring. As tax season approached, H&R Block was eager to complete these projects as quickly as possible and Advanced Data was able to finish the jobs on H&R Block's schedule.
